Continua a ritmo serrato la serie DUB OUT WEST della Nubian, vero stato dell'arte dello UK dub. Ad essere precisi, i protagonisti di questa serie sono solo artisti di citta' ad ovest di Londra, e la stessa Nubian records e' di Bristol. Il terzo volume si presenta diviso in due sezioni: "from the roots" e "to the future". La prima sezione esprime al massimo le sonorita' progressive di una stile dub che ormai e' gia' diventato un'istituzione, ma che in realta' fuori dall'Inghilterra e' ancora tutto da scoprire, con pochi nomi affermati (Alpha e Omega, Black Roots, Armagideon) ed altri emergenti (Stryka Dread, Dub Chandra, Dub Gheko). Su tutti emerge un ritmo micidiale: "Looking for eden" di DUB CHANDRA (un nuovo artista della Third Eye Music) meraviglioso stepper etnico, da ascoltare e ballare senza stancarsi mai. Mentre la prima sezione del CD mantiene un legame con una struttura "roots" del ritmo, "to the future" diventa decisamente jungle dub, sempre pero' con liriche e melodie dal carattere roots reggae. Qui si tratta di nomi ancora meno conosciuti, alcuni alla prima comparsa su disco: Ratman, Dub Nation, Peter D Rose, Blue & Red, Equinox, Shotgun rockers.

The DUB OUT WEST series continue, and it's the real "state of the art" of UK dub. To be exactly, the protagonists of this series are only artist from the west England outside London, and the same Nubian records label come from Bristol. The third volume is separated in two sections: "from the roots" and "to the future". The first section express the progressive sounds of a dub style that is formerly become an istitution, but in reality it's all more to discover outside England. Few established names (Alpha e Omega, Black Roots, Armagideon) and emerging others (Stryka Dread, Dub Chandra, Dub Gheko). Standing on all is a murderer rhythm: "Looking for eden" by DUB CHANDRA (new artist from Third Eye Music) wonderful ethnic stepper! Meanwhile the CD first section keep a legacy with a "reggae" structure of the rhythm, "to the future" begin true jungle dub, always with roots lyrics and melodies. Here comes less known names, some to their first record output: Ratman, Dub Nation, Peter D Rose, Blue & Red, Equinox, Shotgun rockers.
